The Christchurch Airport Marathon consists of a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km and Kids 3km and 1km MaraFun. It is run each year on Queen's Birthday Weekend. The marathon, half marathon and 10K events can be run, walked or raced in a wheelchair.
Please note the details on this page are based on the 2014 event and are subject to change. We will update this listing as more information comes to hand about the 2015 event.
Until 2010 the Christchurch Marathon started and finished outside the town hall in the center of the city. Due to the earthquake in 2011, it was re-located to Lincoln University, and from 2012 is at the Christchurch Airport.
