Loop the Loop Waiheke is a 23km road & metalled road running event on Waiheke Island in Auckland, organised by Synergy Sports Events. The run can be run solo or in a team relay with legs of 9km and 14km, or cycled once (23km) or twice (46km).
Travel to Waiheke can be on the morning of the race; there will be a shuttle to the start line option for the 8:15 am departure from downtown Auckland and from the 8.00 am departure from Half Moon Bay. All categories will start at 10.15 am; the idea is you will be finishing around lunch time; perfect to enjoy a local wine or beer, and BBQ at stunning Man O War Bay.
