The Norwood Mud Run is at Maclaurin Farm in Hexton, near Gisborne. There are short (3-4km) and long (7-8km) courses and a kids course for the under 7s to participate.
There are heaps of spot prizes, and if you sign up before June 23rd, you go in the draw to win a free entry to the Tough Guy and Gal Challenge in Rotorua or Wellington.
