The winner of the running technique session with Richard Greer of Complete Performance in Christchurch, thanks to The Rail Trail Rampage, is Geoffrey Smith from Lincoln.

About Complete Performace and the prize

Complete Performance is a Christchurch based endurance sports coaching company assisting athletes from throughout New Zealand with training and event preparation.

Become a faster and more efficient runner who is less prone to injury.

Their approach to teaching running technique is simple; they don't believe there is any one approach that is perfect for everyone. We all have different injury, lifestyle, occupational and sporting influences and backgrounds that will shape the way we move and will influence the way we run.

Their goal is to get a clear understanding of your running background and goals, then to explore the best way for you to learn and develop your running through a variety of coaching and feedback methods. This will ensure you get the best return in value and results, from your running technique coaching session and one that you can take away and apply over and over in your training sessions.

This may involve some or all of the following

- A quality pre run assessment

- Running analysis and filmed running technique

- Video review

- Coach demonstration

- Running theory discussion

- Follow up e-mail summary of the lesson
