The Brookfield Bog Challenge (winter) and Butt Buster (spring/summer) is a wet and muddy challenge at the Brookfield Scout Centre in Wainuiomata. The course is 4km and you can run it up to three times with total distances of 4, 8 and 12km.
The course runs through ditches, water, tyre steps, bush tracks, wire ropes and so on. Expect to get wet so bring a change of clothes for after the race.
This event was previously known as "The Brookfield Bog Challenge".
