Health drive creates a running convert
Charlotte FitzPatrick started her new lifestyle of healthy eating and regular exercise in September last year and has lost 28kg in less than eight months. "Last year I wouldn't have been able to run to the letterbox, so the fact that I am already running 10km nonstop is awesome." Improving your stride rate
Top-level distance runners typically run at a high number of steps per minute - between 180-200 - no matter what speed they're going; simply varying the length of their stride to run faster or slower. Find out more here.
Running into problems: plantar fasciitis, or jogger's heel
