The Foxton Beach Fun Run, starting from the Foxton Beach Surf Club, is organised by the Foxton Lions Club. There are 20km, 10km and 5km running/walking events.
Proceeds from this event go to the Foxton Surf Club, Manawatu Coast Guard and Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter.
